THE ROLE
The Program Analyst, sitting in the Independent Data, Engineering, and Analysis team, will provide independent assessments of cost, schedule, and risk elements of critical infrastructure supporting clean energy and decarbonization technologies. Experience with technical programs and systems engineering is an advantage, as is familiarity with DOE standards and procedures. The role will apply process analysis and construction concepts to assess the quality and structure of awardee project management elements. This position requires exceptional communication skills, comfort applying management concepts across a variety of emerging technical fields, and deep familiarity with program design standards.
